Any terms or conditions contained in Buyer's purchase order or other documentation that differ from or add to Basicmicro.com, Inc.'s terms and conditions are hereby expressly rejected and shall not be binding unless specifically agreed to in a separate written agreement signed by an authorized representative of Basicmicro.com, Inc.
