Basicmicro.com, Inc. warrants that the product(s) and/or services sold will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, Basicmicro.com, Inc. will, at its option, either (1) repair the defect at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, (2) replace the product(s) with a new or refurbished product(s), or (3) refund the purchase price of the product(s) or service(s). This limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, accidents, unauthorized alterations, or normal wear and tear. Any warranty service or support provided by Basicmicro.com, Inc. under this limited warranty is conditioned upon the return of the product(s) or provision of service(s) to Basicmicro.com, Inc.
