These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Buyer and Basicmicro.com, Inc. By accepting product(s) and/or services, the Buyer agrees to be legally bound by these terms. No other agreements, terms, representations, or understandings shall be binding on Basicmicro.com, Inc. unless established in a separate written contract signed by an authorized representative of Basicmicro.com, Inc.
