Description
16 Characters x 2 Lines LCD, Parallel Display with LED backlite. Its white lettering on what most people call black. But the background looks more blue. But hey who are we to say, so white on black it is.

The LCD is based on the ever popular Hitachi HD44780 parallel interface chipset. Lots of free code available for just about any microcontroller you can think of including the BasicATOM series.
