Support is offered via email, forums or by phone (800-535-9161). The best method is the Basic Micro forums. Typically during support we will need to see your program and what version of Basic Micro Studio you are using. The forums are a convenient way to see this information and with our large user base other customer can participate typically solving your issue before we even see it.
We do not accept phone orders. Placing an order on line is considerably more efficient and offers a range of shipping options before checkout. If you have questions about an order please email us. Provide the invoice number and or contact information. All orders will ship within 24 to 48hrs after the order is received. Once your order ships an email will be sent automatically with the tracking number. Please make sure your email address is correct when placing your order to ensure you receive these emails. Most orders will ship same day if the order is received before 11:30AM PST if the order is placed over the web. On occasion it may take up to 24hrs to process a web order.
Any item is subject to a backorder without notice. If the item goes on backorder the order will be held until the item is in stock. Any backordered item can be canceled upon request.
We only offer Net 30 to established customers. If your interested in Net 30 terms please send us your request. We will review each request on a per customer basis.
There is a minimum of $500 per purchase order. It may take up to 3 days to process a purchase order before it ships. For faster service a Net 30 order can be placed on the website.
Basic Micro warranties all of its products for 1 year. In most cases we will replace the item in question. If your unsure if the item you have is functional feel free to contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
Unfortunately we do not offer pick ups. We have multiple facilities and are not setup to receive walk in traffic.
We only ship USPS and UPS. We charge a nominal fee over actual shipping cost. This covers packing materials, labor in handling the package and USPS or UPS hidden charges that we typically only discover after a package is shipped. We can not use a 3rd party account number for shipping.
We accept all major credit cards, Pay Pal and wire transfers. We do not accept checks or money orders.
We charge sales tax for orders shipped to California addresses.
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase. Returned items for refund that are found to be fully operational upon receipt will be accessed a 10% restocking fee unless the return is due to an error in fulfillment.
